Our Wedding Coordination service is designed specifically for couples in need of someone to be the go-to person on the wedding day. Starting at least a month before your wedding date, we begin to gather information about your style, vision, and selected vendors. We schedule a walk-through of your venue to discuss your wedding timeline and layout. Also, we go through a list of questions to make sure we fully understand the wedding day you have planned. We then execute these items on the day of your wedding so you can relax and enjoy the whole experience knowing someone you trust will handle the details. This service includes:
- Initial Consultation to review details and develop a checklist for your wedding day.
- On-site meeting at the venue.
- Confirmation of all vendors at least two weeks prior to the wedding date to coordinate arrivals and departures.
- Attend and assist with the rehearsal.
- Coordination on the wedding day to ensure vendors arrive and assist with the set-up as well as facilitate the timeline.
- Prepare and bring an “Emergency Wedding Kit.”
- Manage checklists and timeline to make sure the day flows smoothly.
